哈哈哈哈!我终于明白了!


“人民必須至少在各種領域擁有一項額外技能以增加入息。 這是重要的,以便我國尤其是本州,於二零二零年轉型成為高收入經濟體系。 ”---------慕沙阿曼

要怎样才可能在2020年成为高收入国?经济转型?要如何从现在的4千美元,达到人均收入1万5千美元(约RM48, 000)以上?我苦苦思索多时,看见这个报道,当头喝棒,恍然大悟!

(2)拥有1项额外技能
(3)增加收入

哈哈哈哈!那还不容易吗?

譬如说你下班后,去开个大排档,买烧鱼,烧鸡翼,就符合这个概念了!
如果你要学会按摩也可以,或者说你可以早上派报纸,晚上替人算命也可以。
不然可以替人做帐,替人看场,替人开车怎样?
再不然陪唱,陪坐,陪舞会吗?
唉,做多份工不是可以多收入,成了高收入国了吗?!多么聪明的见解阿!

【亞庇七日訊】首席部長拿督斯里慕沙阿曼呼籲指出,人民必須至少在各種領域擁有一項額外技能以增加入息。 他說,這是重要的,以便我國尤其是本州於二零二零年轉型成為高收入經濟體系。 他今日在沙巴回教理事會大廈舉行的州級回曆新年慶典上發表演說,呼籲人民通過回曆新年自我啟發,積極朝轉型目標邁進。 其演詞由副首長拿督耶耶胡申代讀,出席者包括州旅遊、文化及環境部長拿督馬希迪曼俊、沙巴及聯邦秘書等。 慕沙指出,轉型必須全面化,涵蓋政府、經濟、社會或知識各層面。 他說,由於轉型需要龐大開支,明年州財政預算案開支高達卅億七千萬令吉,以確保政府的所有計劃順利落實。 在會上,耶耶代表慕沙頒發各種獎項表揚傑出宣教司和禱告室。

Daily Express 8/12/2010: CM: Equip with extra skills to be relevant


Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said the workforce need to be value-added and have skills in various fields to ensure the success of the various government's policies towards achieving developed status by 2020.

The people need to have at least an additional skill to enhance their income potential and also be on par with their counterparts in developed countries. "This is important for Sabah, in particular, and Malaysia in general to become progressive with high income by 2020. "This is the rationale for the Government to stress on the importance of lifelong learning," he said at the State level Maal Hijrah at Wisma Muis on Tuesday.

In a speech read by Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Yahya Hussin, he said the process of transformation need huge expenditure so that it could be implemented successfully. Based on this factor, he said the State Government has allocated RM3.07 billion under the State 2011 Budget to ensure all projects and programmes by the Government could be fully implemented to fulfil the needs of the people.

Also present were Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun, Sabah Federal Secretary Datuk Abdul Hatta Abdul Aziz, State Secretary Datuk Sukarti Wakiman and State Mufti, Datuk Ahmad Alawi Adenan.

The Saiyidatina Khadijah Award went to Faridah Abu Bakar Titingan while Khalid Ibni Walid Award to Abdul Manaf Mahmud. There were no recipients for the Tokoh Pendakwah Award and Excellent Surau Award. On the other hand, the Abdul Rahman Auf Award went to Abdul Jamal Tun Sakaran while Special Award was given to Sabah Islam Medical Welfare Association and the Excellent Mosque Award to Ar-Rahim Mosque of Keningau. The Ar-Raudah Award went to Kampung Benoni Cemetery Mangement while Al-Burhani Surau of SMA Mohammad Ali, Ranau won the Excellent School Surau Award.

大佬,是的,慕沙的逻辑就是就是这样咯,USD4000 一年,如果做足(3班)一天24小时,就是USD12000咯!高收入目标USD15000不难喔!这个要提名下一届的诺贝尔经济奖,奖和平奖咯!多么伟大的理论啊!
